Digitizing Master Engineering Documents
AUTHOR Rina WijayantiGancar Candra Premananto DESCRIPTION The main function of division Master Engineering Documents of the Design and Development Department is to store and maintain technical documents for all PGs. The work will increase every year, the documents stored will also continue to grow. The large number of documents in the form of hard files stored in the “Dokumen Teknik Induk” building makes it difficult for staff in the management process, both when searching for documents and maintaining them. In the document management process, it is necessary to have a master data that can accommodate all soft file documents. In addition to facilitating the process of data maintenance and document management, the existence of a master data document in the form of a softfile will make it easier for staff during the document search process according to user needs, the data distribution process will also become more effective. “Digitizing Master Engineering Documents” application is intended to convey aspirations / complaints about problems in the need of engineering documents in PT Petrokimia Gresik stakeholder environment. Archive digitization is a digital document storage system. Because it is done digitally, e-archive is done using technology such as computers, recording devices, servers, and other devices. The development of the world of information and communication technology (ICT) today has brought the world into industry 4.0. This era is marked by the abundance of data and information, cyber physical systems, to the management of big data. For information workers including archivists this is something that must be anticipated from the start because the landscape can be completely different from what exists today. Understanding Farmers’ Intentions in Pesticide Application: Insights from the Theory of Planned Behavior
AUTHOR Nugrahini Susantinah WisnujatiSuwandi S. SangadjiGancar Candra Premananto DESCRIPTION The use of pesticides in the agricultural sector has become a major concern today, especially with the increasing worries about environmental, health, and sustainability impacts. A similar situation is also a focus in Indonesia, known as an agrarian country. Therefore, the objective of this research is to comprehend farmers’ intentions in using pesticides through the planned behavior theory perspective. The method employed in this study is quantitative, utilizing a questionnaire as the research instrument. The questionnaire was developed from 25 research indicators using a seven-point Likert scale. This research adopts the “rule of thumb” formula to determine the sample size, recommending that the sample size should be more significant than 10 times the number of manifest variables. Consequently, the resulting sample size is 250 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The findings of this study highlight a strong relationship between knowledge, attitude, and perceived behavioral control with the intention of pesticide use. In this context, knowledge plays a central role in shaping a positive attitude, while perceived behavioral control is also significant. Although subjective norms do not significantly influence individual intentions to use pesticides, subjective norms remain an essential element in understanding individual behavior because they essentially reflect social pressure and norms accepted by individuals from their environment. Data were collected by distributing online questionnaires involving 177 internet user respondents who had never purchased a laptop online. The location of this research is in Indonesia. The hypothesis was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). In taking samples, this research used a purposive sampling technique and in measuring variables, this research used a Likert scale model. The results of data analysis show that E-WOM has no effect on Online Purchase Intentions and Attitudes towards Online Purchases. On the other hand, excess information and attitudes towards online purchases have a positive effect on online purchase intentions for laptop products. International Tourist’s Perspective of Environmentally Responsibility Behaviour
AUTHOR Rakotoarisoa Maminirina FenitraSri Rahayu Hijrah HatiCandra Premananto GancarRakotoarisoa Maminiaina Heritiana SederaAnsar AbbasIca Rika CandranigratArlinah Abd Rashid DESCRIPTION This research aims to highlight the importance of networking for small companies to enhance their competitive advantage and marketing performance. It combines the concepts of networking and relational marketing to create a theoretical framework for the competitive advantage of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Employing quantitative methods, the study utilizes numerical data and statistical analysis to test hypotheses, focusing on causal relationships between variables. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire to collect data from 150 batik micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The results indicate that dimensions of network competence and market knowledge significantly influence knowledge integration mechanisms (KIMs), while trust impacts commitment. Furthermore, KIMs positively affect market performance, and commitment moderates the relationship between KIMs and market performance. The findings suggest that company owners and managers should cultivate unique and non-imitable knowledge to thrive in competitive markets through interorganizational networks. Additionally, the research underscores the importance of external networks in acquiring vital information, which is often dispersed across the market and owned by various parties, thus addressing a critical gap in the existing literature. This study also incorporates variables from relationship marketing theory, emphasizing that networking is fundamentally about the relationships between organizations. See Journal PUBLISHED 2024-06-14
