DESCRIPTION

The program aims to improve Vocational High School (SMK) students’ understanding and skills in entrepreneurship, by addressing issues such as limited entrepreneurial knowledge, lack of practice opportunities, and access to networks and mentorship. Through a series of activities such as games, seminars, video competitions, and product packaging competitions, the workshop aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial motivation among participants. Initial findings showed a significant change in students’ career aspirations, with 83.64% expressing interest in entrepreneurship after attending the event, up from only 12% previously. SROI analysis, guided by the principles of stakeholder identification, relevant indicators, data collection, and impact assessment, showed promising results. Every Rp 1 invested in the program generated a social return of Rp 26.7, highlighting its effectiveness in driving positive social outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of continued and enhanced entrepreneurship training, proposing the implementation of a follow-up mentorship program and a long-term impact evaluation to ensure continued benefits and future refinement of the initiative.
