This book emerges in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and is a collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business of Paramadina University and Airlangga University. Focusing on the principle of integrity in public and private sector services, it explores the determinants and consequences of integrity, addressing challenges related to its definition and measurement.
The case studies included examine crucial aspects such as integrity as a matter of personal traits versus systems, business ethics through the business ethics index, and the formation of integrity within the context of religion. This writing aims to serve as a learning resource for students,
