The initial meeting between AMAL Family Magazine and the Management Department of FEB Unair took place at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I was invited to be a speaker on marketing for an online event, which led to the proposal for a collaboration to establish a Management Spiritual Consultation column. This collaboration was proposed because the Management Department has many experts in various fields, including entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, human resources, and operations.
